Next James Bond favourite ‘never likelier to bag 007 after historic odds cut’ | Films | Entertainment

Cal Gildart of Ladbrokes said: “Whether it’s because of his acting chops or a face that saw him declared the world’s most handsome man last year, the latest odds suggest that Aaron Taylor-Johnson is primed to pick up the world’s most famous licence to kill.” The bookies have today announced that the 28 Years Later star has “the shortest price anyone has been to succeed Daniel Craig as 007” at 11-10. Also allegedly in the running are: Theo James on 5/2, Henry Cavill on 4/1, Jack Lowden on 10/1, James Norton on 10/1, Harris Dickinson on 12/1 and Tom Hardy on 12/1. But do take it all with a pinch of salt, folks.
